How is this application related to / different from Nephromine?

Nephromine was re-named Nephroseq in January 2016 when the software was transitioned to the University of Michigan. 

All of the capabilities from Nephromine are still around. In addition, the University of Michigan is devoting significant resources to keeping the application relevant and accessible to the research community. Nephroseq will continue to be updated regularly with new data, expanded functionality, and bug fixes.
