How do I export data in Nephroseq?

Nephroseq Classic (v4) has a variety of export options available, depending on which part of the application you are using. Typically, you have the option of exporting visualizations to SVG (Scalable Vector Graphic) images and exporting data to Excel (.csv) or PowerPoint.

To export data and images, use the Export menu located near the top-right corner of the screen.

Nephroseq v5 also provides the ability to export gene summaries, gene summary details, and individual analyses. Look for the export icons in the top-right corner of the screen.
