I’m having trouble logging in.

If you are having trouble logging in, the first thing you can try is to determine if you have a valid user name. To do so, go to www.nephroseq.org and enter your user name (academic/non-profit email address) in the USER ID field and click the “Forgot password?” link.

If you user name is registered in our system, a new (temporary) password will be sent to that email address. Once you log in with the temporary password in your email, you will be prompted to set a new password.

If you are not a registered user, follow the instructions in “How do I get an account?” to register.
