How do I find RNA-Seq data in Nephroseq?

Currently, RNA-Seq data is only available in Nephroseq Classic (v4). We are actively working to modify the application so RNA-Seq data can be visualized in Nephroseq v5 as well. 

To find the RNA-Seq datasets in Nephroseq Classic, you have a few options:

1. Search for "RNA-Seq" in the search box.
2. Select "RNA-Seq" from the filter list. It can be found here: Dataset Filters > Data Type > RNA-Seq.
