About data sources

Nephroseq provides access to microarray data in the Nephroseq database, which is gathered from public databases (GEO, ArrayExpress, etc.) or through direct correspondence with study authors.

Data are standardized and peer reviewed. Datasets are also subject to multiple quality control steps to ensure only high-quality, scientifically valid data is available in the Nephroseq application.
