Where did my favorite dataset go?
In September 2016, we released a new version of the Nephroseq application with some significant changes to the application and underlying data. One of the main differences was a change in how datasets were delineated.
Datasets are now delineated by tissue type. To make this change:
- Some datasets were re-loaded to separate glomeruli and tubulointerstitium into two different datasets
- All datasets were renamed to include tissue type (Glom, TubInt, Blood, etc.) in their name
To help navigate these far-reaching changes, here is a map of dataset names:
